minutes, a ping packet is automatically sent to your server from our data center. The monitoring system sends ICMP packet to your system to ensure it
responds properly. Any problems are reported immediately to our pro-active support team, who instantly spring into action to resolve any issues and get
your server back online as soon as possible.
For increased peace of mind SkyNetWEB offers advanced port monitoring services. Unlike our basic server monitoring, our advanced port monitoring will
allow you to choose up to five services accepting connections on your server. We will monitor your server to ensure that specified applications are
running and accepting connections. If the system detects that a server daemon on a particular port is not responding we will proactively reboot your
server.
